Noonan Page 3 2012 – POLITICAL DISASTER GUARANTEED INTRODUCTION The Internet is abuzz with speculation of how the World is supposed to end on December 21, 2012. You can hardly go a day without being reminded of a thousand year old Mayan prediction of doomsday that may or may not occur on the last day of the LONG COUNT of the Mayan/Aztec Calendar. These predictions cover the full spectrum of possible events. Such world ending events like us being slapped down by a heavenly object called Wormwood (see Revelations), or maybe Planet X, or perhaps the return of the Sumerian legendary Planet Nibiru. All could be possible… but uncertain at best. (Left) Date 11.06.09 – NASA says, “Scenes from the motion picture "2012." Courtesy Columbia Pictures. Remember the Y2K scare? It came and went without much of a whimper because of adequate planning and analysis of the situation. Impressive movie special effects aside, Dec. 21, 2012, won't be the end of the world as we know. It will, however, be another winter solstice.” And then again, we could be suddenly stricken by a giant asteroid or meteorite. NASA (aka the Military) says this is highly unlikely… but then again, NASA could not predict the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami, nor the March 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami either. The Military (aka NASA) does okay with coming up with advice AFTER an event…but their forecasting powers seem limited and remedial. We could be all destroyed by a super volcano such as the one brewing in Yellowstone National Park. Wikipedia states: “Yellowstone, like Hawaii, is believed to lie on top of an area called a hotspot where light, hot, molten mantle rock rises towards the surface. While the Yellowstone hotspot is now under the Yellowstone Plateau, it previously helped create the eastern Snake River Plain (to the west of Yellowstone) through a series of huge volcanic eruptions. Although the hotspot's apparent motion is to the east-northeast, the North American Plate is really moving west-southwest over the stationary hotspot deep underneath. Over the past 17 million years or so, this hotspot has generated a succession of violent eruptions and less violent floods of basaltic lava. Together these eruptions have helped create the eastern part of the Snake River Plain from a once-mountainous region. At least a dozen of these eruptions were so massive that they are classified as super eruptions. Volcanic eruptions sometimes empty their stores of magma so swiftly that they cause the overlying land to collapse into the emptied magma chamber, forming a geographic depression called a caldera. Calderas formed from explosive super eruptions can be as wide and deep as mid- to large-sized lakes and can be responsible for destroying broad swaths of mountain ranges. ” Page 4 Needless to say, volcano eruptions have been a plague to man since the dawn of time! It should be apparent, that since we humans are all sitting on a floating slab of crusty earth which floats on a sea of molten lava… eruptions and explosions will occur from time to time. And if we can escape the devastation we need to give thanks for escaping the wrath of nature, and living another day! (left) Mt St. Helena – May 18, 1980 The good thing however, is that most people do not live near volcanoes. Instead, more people live near the sea…where tsunamis abound. The recent March 2011 earthquake/tsunami of Japan showed us the destructive power of nature. Even though disasters of nature are more common than we would like, they are hard to predict and even harder to prevent. It is my opinion that if anything should occur on December 21, 2012, it most definitely be MAN MADE and be the consequences of events of our own making. The destruction of our nation and of our world is surely to come to pass because we, as a people, tend to hide our heads in the sand and refuse to get involved in our community, in our State and our nation. As a result of our own refusal to pay attention to the political events around us, and by the time we discover the awful situation that we are in… it is too late to do much about it. And it will all come to a head in 2012. In 2008 we elected an illegal alien to run our nation. The warnings are “out there” about this charlatan but few people care to listen. The voters just want to sit home and watch their American Idol, or their Dancing with the Stars. They watch each tsunami come rumbling onto land, and watch the tiny little foreign “stick people” getting swept up by the 30+ foot wave getting swallowed up on the TV screen… People have become nothing more than “lookie-Loos” via their television sets… And apathy abounds! Everybody's out of work or scared of losing their job. The dollar buys a nickel's worth; banks are going bust; shopkeepers keep a gun under the counter; punks are running wild in the street, and there's nobody anywhere who seems to know what to do, and there's no end to it. We know the air is unfit to breathe and our food is unfit to eat. And we sit watching our TVs while some local newscaster tells us that today we had fifteen homicides and sixty-three violent crimes, as if that's the way it's supposed to be! We all know things are bad -- worse than bad -- they're crazy. It's like everything everywhere is going crazy, so we don't go out any more. We sit in the house, and slowly the world we're living in is getting smaller, and all we say is, "Please, at least leave us alone in our living rooms. Let me have my toaster and my TV and my steel-belted radials, and I won't say anything. Just leave us alone." Well, I'm not going to leave you alone. I want you to get mad! I don't want you to protest. I don't want you to riot. I don't want you to write to your Congressman, because I wouldn't know what to tell you to write. I don't know what to do about the depression and the inflation and the Russians and the crime in the street. All I know is that first, you've got to get mad. You've gotta say, "I'm a human being, goddammit! My life has value!" So, I want you to get up now. I want all of you to get up out of your chairs. I want you to get up right now and go to the window, open it, and stick your head out and yell, "I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!!" Page 6 Chapter 1 1): “De Facto Kenyan King” Barry Soetoro (aka BHO) Meantime, all of America and all of the rest of the World are ignoring the worst crisis that the United States has ever faced. For the second time, an illegal alien has been voted into the White House. The first time was with Chester Arthur. Arthur’s father was a Canadian, and it was “alleged” that Arthur was born in Canada. This definitely did not qualify Arthur as a legal citizen… much less than a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. According to the Immigration laws of the time, both Arthur and his father were considered “aliens” even though his mother was perhaps a citizen of the United States. The 14th Amendment did not apply because only one parent of Arthur was a citizen, and the 14th Amendment states, ―1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.‖ Since Arthur’s father was not SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION of the United States (he was a foreigner), then regular immigration laws would apply. In the case of the mother, during the 1890’s the mother would assume the citizen of her husband…hence, Arthur became a Canadian citizen. So this dispute that arose during Arthur’s administration was never resolved and it still is a problematic dispute. Arthur was a Republican, but today we currently have just a major dispute with Mr. Barry Soetoro’s bogus citizenship. He knows full well that his father was a foreign national… and was a 100% alien! So Soetoro (aka Obama Jr.) is not a natural born citizen. If the reader is unsure what a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN is, there is an easy way to explain it: “The opposite of natural is alien. If there is any aspect of one‘s birth that is ALIEN, then that birth and that person cannot be considered a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.” In Mr. Soetoro’s (aka BHO) case, his birthfather was a British citizen of the colony of Kenya. In 1961 Stanley Ann Dunham was not old enough to pass on American citizenship to Mr. Soetoro because she was only 18. According to the Immigration laws in 1961 she needed to be 19 to pass American citizenship to her son if she was married to a foreign national. This is not the only reason that Mr. Soetoro is an illegal alien. The other reason is that Barry Soetoro became as citizen of Indonesia in 1963 when his mother married an Indonesian and moved to that country. The United States did not have a dual citizenship agreement with Indonesia at the time. Mr. Soetoro traveled to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport, showing his allegiance to that country. For now it will be sufficient to say that Mr. Soetoro, aka Barack Hussein Obama needs to answer the charges brought forth concern his former citizenships and allegiances to foreign countries. And he needs to answer how he can possibly be a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN of America, when he holds citizenship to at least 4 different countries; Britain, Kenya, Indonesia, and the United States. Which country is he a citizen of? Where do his loyalties fall? If Mr. Soetoro is not the POTUS, then he is the King from Kenya… and he has taken office by fraud! Page 7 Proof that an Illegal Alien is in the White House! Not a single news source either in the United States or the world has properly addressed the issue of the Indonesian Elementary school record of Barry Soetoro. And then read these following comments listed on http://www.theobamafile.com/obamaeducation.htm : ―Although Obama has had a first-class education that spanned 25 years, there is only a single document that has ever been released, the application for entrance to the Franciscus Assisi Primary School (next item) - and that document was discovered by independent investigators. This is an important feature because Kindergarten records for original school entry would have contained the following: 1. Obama's REAL Birth Certificate. 2. An application with the following: • • • • • His Legal name. Parents or Legal Guardians‘ names. Date of Birth Place of Birth Vaccination Records (revealing a timeline to the place and DOB.) It also is important for two additional reasons: A. The Department of Education does not "lose" the records of one particular student. (So, who paid whom what sum to make this record disappear?) B. There would have been NO shameful low-test scores, NO embarrassing Equal Opportunity advancements, and NO trails of fraudulent funding to hide that could possibly "excuse" the quashing of public school Kindergarten entry records. For the rest of his life he attended very expensive private schools and has had his records legally sealed to deny the public his true life story. This is different. Hawaii should be able to verify he attended their school since he is featured in class photographs. State and federal tax dollars paid for his initial year of education. Why is there no documentation? Page 8 This is the beginning of an intentionally erased life of a fraud and a con-man and it reeks of complicity by officials within the State of Hawaii‘s Dept. of Health and Dept. of Education. Obama joked during the primary campaign that his opponent (Hillary) was even digging into his Kindergarten records. Nowhere has Mr. Soetoro ever proven that he returned from his birth name legally (via court records) back to Barack Hussein Obama II. Mr. Soetoro stated on his Illinois Bar paperwork that he “never used another name or alias.” So this is just more proof of his dishonesty and his untruthfulness. Page 9 The Kenyan Birth Certificate of Barack Hussein Obama II And since Mr. Soetoro has been so deceitful with requests for documents regarding his birth and his school records, he has no one to blame except for himself, when records pop up from credible sources who claim that Mr. Soetoro The American Grand Jury posted the court filings of the testimony of Lucas Smith who discovered the true Kenyan birth certificate of Mr. Soetoro (aka BHO). Their link states the following: Lucas Smith Affidavit now filed with the US District Court - Obama Kenyan BC September 4th, 2009 As of today, September 4, 2009, this Affidavit has been filed with the United States District Court in Southern California ~ represented by Orly Taitz. This is a legal affidavit that declares Lucas Smith to be of sound mind and judgment. Lucas can go to jail if he lied on this affidavit. The document (Certified COPY of Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate) you see here, once it is validated by the court, is pretty much the proverbial ―smoking gun.‖ There had been a previous “Kenyan Birth Certificate, but it turned out to be bogus. It had been photoshopped by pro-Obots. The Globe (left) printed an “exclusive” but the facts did not pan out. World Net Daily’s contributor, Jerome Corsi posted on Jan 24, 2011, “Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi'olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.” Abercrombie cannot find long birth certificate. Also posted by Jerome R. Corsi on WorldNetDaily (WND) on January 18, 2011, reported the excuses of Neil Abercrombie, a close friend to Soetoro… “Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie suggested in an interview published today that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.‖ http://www.wnd.com/?pageId=252833#ixzz1Hfi8BKh8 Yet Corsi reported via WND on October 26, 2008, “HONOLULU, Hawaii – Although the legitimacy of Sen. Barack Obama's birth certificate has become a focus of intense speculation – and even several lawsuits – WND has learned that Hawaii's Gov. Linda Lingle has placed the candidate's birth certificate under seal and instructed the state's Department of Health to make sure no one in the press obtains access to the original document under any circumstances.” But still, the birth certificate really doesn’t matter. Obama’s Draft Registration Raises Serious Questions By Debbie Schlussel **** Copyright 2008, Must Cite Debbie Schlussel and link to DebbieSchlussel.com **** Did President-elect Barack Hussein Obama commit a federal crime in September of this year? Or did he never actually register and, instead, did friends of his in the Chicago federal records center, which maintains the official copy of his alleged Selective Service registration commit the crime for him? It‘s either one or the other, as indicated by the release of Barack Obama‘s official Selective Service registration for the draft. A friend of mine, who is a retired federal agent, spent almost a year trying to obtain this document through a Freedom of Information Act request, and, after much stonewalling, finally received it and released it to me. But the release of Obama‘s draft registration and an accompanying document, posted below, raises more questions than it answers. And it shows many signs of fraud, not to mention putting the lie to Obama‘s claim that he registered for the draft in June 1979, before it was required by law. Page 14 The official campaign for President may be over. But Barack Obama‘s Selective Service registration card and accompanying documents show that questions about him are not only NOT over, but if the signature on the document is in fact his, our next Commander-in-Chief may have committed a federal crime in 2008, well within the statute of limitations on the matter. If it is not his, then it‘s proof positive that our next Commander-in-Chief never registered with the Selective Service as required by law. By law, he was required to register and was legally able to do so until the age of 26. But the Selective Service System registration (―SSS Form 1″) and accompanying computer print-out (―SSS Print-out), below, released by the Selective Service show the following oddities and irregularities, all of which indicate the document was created in 2008 and backdated: * Document Location Number Indicates Obama Selective Service Form was created in 2008 First, there is the Document Location Number (DLN) on the form. In the upper right hand corner of the Selective Service form SSS Form 1, there is the standard Bates-stamped DLN, in this case ―0897080632,‖ which I‘ve labeled as ―A‖ on both the SSS Form and the computer printout document. On the form, it reflects a 2008 creation, but on the printout, an extra eight was added in front of the number to make it look like it is from 1980, when it was actually created in 2008. As the retired federal agent notes: Having worked for the Federal Government for several decades, I know that the standardization of DLNs have the first two digits of the DLN representing the year of issue. That would mean that this DLN was issued in 2008. The DLN on the computer screen printout is the exact same number, except an 8 has been added to make it look like it is from 1980 and give it a 1980 DLN number. And 1980 is the year Senator/President Elect Obama is said to have timely registered. So, why does the machine-stamped DLN reflect this year (2008) and the DLN in the database (which was manually input) reflect a ―corrected‖ DLN year of 1980? Were all the DLNs issued in 1980 erroneously marked with a 2008 DLN year or does the Selective Service use a different DLN system then the rest of the Federal Government? Or was the SSS Form 1 actually processed in 2008 and not 1980? It‘s quite a ―coincidence‖ . . . that is, if you believe in coincidences, especially in this case. Far more likely is that someone made up a fake Selective Service registration to cover Obama‘s lack of having done so, and that the person stamping the form forgot (or was unable to) change the year to ―80″ instead of the current ―08″. They either forgot to fake the DLN number or couldn‘t do so. Page 15 And guess where the Selective Service registrations are marked and recorded? Lucky for Obama, it‘s his native Chicago. From an article entitled, ―Post Office Registration Process‖, on the Selective Service website: When a young man reaches 18 he can go to any of the 35,000 post offices nationwide to register with Selective Service. There he completes a simple registration card and mails it to the Selective Service System. This begins a multi-step process which results in the man‘s registration. Each week approximately 6,000 completed registration cards are sent to the Selective Service System‘s Data Management System (DMC) near Chicago, Ill. At the DMC these cards are grouped into manageable quantities. Each card is then microfilmed and stamped with a sequential document locator number. The processed microfilm is reviewed to account for all documents and to ensure that the film quality is within strict standards. After microfilming, the cards are keyed and then verified by a different data transcriber. The Document Locator Number (DLN) is an automatic function (Selective Service record-keeping, specifically the DLN is described on pages 7-8 of this Federal Register document), with the first two digits comprising the year, and it was not changed to ―08″ in error. So if the form was filed and processed in 1980, how did it get a 2008 DLN?! * Obama‘s Selective Service Registration Form is Apparently 1990 Form Altered to Appear Like 1980 Form On the SSS Form 1, in the lower left hand corner is the form number (SSS Form 1) and the month and year version of the form, labeled as ―B―. On this particular Form 1, it clearly shows the month as ―FEB‖ (February), and the year is either ―80″ or ―90″. The retired federal agent investigated further: Magnification of the form both physically (with a 10x glass) or with different image software does not reflect a clear cut result of either a ―80″ or a ―90″. But, checking the history of SSS Form 1 (see http://www.reginfo.gov/public/do/PRAViewICR?ref_nbr=198002-3240-001# ), it‘s apparent that in February 1980, the Selective Service agency withdrew a ―Request for a new OMB control number‖ for SSS Form 1 (see also, here)–meaning the agency canceled its previous request for a new form, and one was never issued in ―FEB 1980″. Since under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, Pub. L. No. 96-511, 94 Stat. 2812 (Dec. 11, 1980), codified in part at Subchapter I of Chapter 35 of Title 44 a federal agency can not use a form not approved by OMB (Office of Management and Budget), it‘s nearly impossible for Senator/PresidentElect Obama‘s SSS Form 1 to be dated ―Feb 1980.‖ And since that makes it almost certainly dated ―Feb 1990,‖ then how could Barack Obama sign it and the postal clerk stamp it almost ten (10) years before its issue?! Simply not possible. The lower right hand corner reflects that the Obama SSS form 1 was approved by OMB with an approval number of 19??0002, labeled as ―C―. The double question marks (??) reflect digits that are not completely clear. * Barack Obama‘s Signature is Dated After Postal Stamp Certifying His Signature Page 16 Barack H. Obama signed the SSS Form 1′s ―Today‘s date‖ as July 30, 1980, labeled ―D―. But the Postal Stamp reflects the PREVIOUS day‘s date of July 29, 1980, labeled ―E―. Yes, Obama could have mistakenly written the wrong date, but it is rare and much more unlikely for someone to put a future date than a past date. (Also note how Barry made such a ―cute‖ peace sign with the ―b‖ inside the ―O‖ of his signature. Touching.) * Postal Stamp is Incorrect, Discontinued in 1970 Then, there is the question as to whether the Postal Stamp is real. The ―postmark‖ stamp–labeled ―E―–is hard to read, but it is clear that at the bottom is ―USPO‖ which stands typically for United States Post Office. However, current ―postmark‖ validator, registry, or round dater stamps (item 570 per the Postal Operations Manual) shows ―USPS‖ for United States Postal Service. The change from Post Office to Postal Service occurred on August 12, 1970, when President Nixon signed into law the most comprehensive postal legislation since the founding of the Republic–Public Law 91375. The new Postal Service officially began operations on July 1, 1971. Why was an old, obsolete postmark round dater stamp used almost ten (10) years after the fact to validate a legal document . . . that just happened to be Barack Obama‘s suspicious Selective Service registration form? * Form Shows Barack Obama didn‘t have ID The SSS Form 1 states ―NO ID‖, labeled ―F―. Since that‘s the case, then how did the Hawaiian postal clerk know that the submitter was really Barack H. Obama, who may have been on summer break from attending Occidental College in California. How would they determine whether the registrant was truly registering and not a relative, friend, or other imposter? * The Selective Service Data Mgt. Center Stonewalled for Almost a Year on Obama Registration, Until Right Before the Election. The retired federal agent who FOIA‘d Barack Obama‘s Selective Service Registration Form notes: Early this year, when I first started questioning whether Obama registered I was told: Sir: There may be an error in his file or many other reasons why his registration cannot be confirmed on-line. However, I did confirm with our Data Management Center that he is, indeed, registered with the Selective Service System, in compliance with Federal law. Sincerely, Janice L. Hughes/SSS Then, they suddenly found the record on September 9, 2008 (prior to my October 13, 2008 request), and stated that his record was filed on September 4, 1980. Did they temporarily change the date on the computer database? On the previous FOIA response, they stated that it was filed on September 4, 1980. In my second request I mentioned that Obama could not have filed it in Hawaii on September 4, 1980 as he was attending Occidental College in California, the classes of which commenced August 24, 1980. Page 17 * Other Questions: Missing Selective Service Number, FOIA Response Dated Prior to FOIA Request, Missing Printout Page Where is Obama‘s Selective Service number (61-1125539-1) on the card? And the retired federal agent notes that the Selective Service Data Management Center prepared its response to his FOIA request prior to the request having been made: The last transaction date is 09/04/80 [DS: labeled "G"], but the date of the printout is 09/09/08 [DS: labeled "H"]. My FOIA was dated October 13 so why did they prepare the printout BEFORE I submitted my FOIA? I gave them no ―heads up‖ that I was sending it. In fact it was not mailed until late October–around the 25th. Also, notice the printout was page 1 of 2 [DS: labeled "I"]. Hmmm . . . where is the other page, and what‘s on it? A lot of questions here. And a lot of huge hints that this government-released, official Barack Obama Selective Service registration was faked. Either he signed the fake backdated document, or someone else faked his signature and he never registered for the draft (and lied about it). Which is it? It‘s incredible that our impending Commander-in-Chief either didn‘t register for the draft or did so belatedly and fraudulently. I noticed that the DLN number in upper right corner (labeled ―A―) has only ten (10) digits with the first two being 08 , but the DLN number shown on the computer screen printout has eleven (11) digits with the first two being 80. It clearly indicates that the ―8″ was added at the beginning of the DLN number, in order to appear that it was issued in 1980 and wasn‘t simply a reversal of the first two digits as the retired federal agent noted. This in itself appears questionable. I would think there is a standard number of digits in all DLN numbers. **** UPDATE #2, 11/14/08: Retired Federal Agent Source Reveals Himself: The recently retired federal agent has requested that I disclose his identity so that there is no question as to the source of the information. His name is Stephen Coffman. He retired last year from the position of the Resident Agent in Charge of Immigration and Customs Enforcement‘s (ICE) Galveston, Texas office. He has over 32 years of government service and has held a Secret or higher security clearance for the majority of those years. In any case, I will exclude these records for the purpose of this research and focus only on names spelled exactly like his name. Moreover, we can verify many of the Social Security numbers as valid since they‘re connected to addresses at which we know Obama resided. Needless to say, there are also a slew of address and social security numbers connected to addresses in states that Obama has no known connection to. In Obama‘s home state, Illinois, Sankey tracked down 16 different addresses for a Barack Obama or a Barack H. Obama, of which all are addresses he was known to have lived at. Two Social Security numbers appear for these addresses, one beginning with 042 and one starting 364. In California, where Obama attended Occidental College, there are six addresses listed for him, all within easy driving distance of the college. However, there are three Social Security numbers connected to these addresses, 537 and two others, each beginning with 999. There are no addresses listed in New York where he attended Columbia University, but there is one listed for him in nearby Jackson, NJ, with a Social Security number beginning with 485. In Massachusetts – where Obama attended Harvard Law School – we find three addresses, all using the 042 Social Security number. After Obama was elected to the United States Senate in 2005, he moved into an apartment at 300 Massachusetts Ave NW; the Social Security number attached to that address is the 042 one. Yet, three years later, Obama used a different Social Security number for an address listed as: 713 Hart Senate Office Building. This was the address of his United States Senate office. This Social Security number began with 282 and was verified by the government in 2008. Page 20 This mystery grows even stranger as other addresses and Social Security numbers for Barack Obama appear in a dozen other states not known to be connected to him. Again, I am excluding those records names not spelled exactly like his name. Tennessee, one address with a Social Security number beginning with 427 Colorado, one address, with a Social Security number beginning with 456. Utah, two addresses, with two Social Security numbers beginning with 901 and 799. Missouri has one address and one Social Security number beginning with 999. Florida has two addresses listed for his him, three if you count one listed as ―Barry Obama.‖ One is connected to a Social Security number beginning with 762. In Georgia there are three addresses listed for him, all with different Social Security numbers: 579, 420, and 423. In Texas there are four different addresses listed for him, one is connected to Social Security number 675. There are two addresses listed for Barack Obama in Oregon and one address listed for him in the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania. All told, there are 49 addresses and 16 different Social Security numbers listed for a person whose name is spelled ―Barack Obama.‖ In some cases, the middle initial ―H‖ is listed. If you were to expand the search to include closely related names such as: ―Barac,‖ ―Barak,‖ and ―Barrack‖ Obama, you would find more than a dozen additional addresses and Social Security numbers. Finally, the one Social Security number Obama most frequently used, the one beginning with 042, is a number issued in Connecticut sometime during 1976-1977, yet there is no record of Obama ever living or working in Connecticut. Indeed, during this time period Obama would have been 15-16 years old and living in Hawaii at the time. Nevertheless, all this mystery surrounding Obama appears to be a generational thing. Researchers have discovered nearly a dozen aliases, at least two different Social Security numbers, and upwards of over 99 separate addresses for Ann Dunham, his mother. We do know she worked for the ultra liberal Ford Foundation but we also know she may have earned some income from pornographic poses, as evidenced by photos recently discovered by some researchers—how embarrassing. In a wide-ranging discussion of the bank bailouts on MSNBC's Morning Meeting, host Dylan Ratigan described the process by which the Federal Reserve exchanged $13.9 trillion of bad bank debt for cash that it gave to the struggling banks. Spitzer — who built a reputation as the Sheriff of Wall Street for his zealous prosecutions of corporate crime as New Yorks attorney-general and then resigned as the states governor over revelations he had paid for prostitutes — seemed to agree with Ratigan that the bank bailout amounts to Americas greatest theft and cover-up ever. Advocating in favor of a House bill to audit the Federal Reserve, Spitzer said: The Federal Reserve has benefited for decades from the notion that it is quasi-autonomous, its supposed to be independent. Let me tell you a dirty secret: The Fed has done an absolutely disastrous job! The reality is the Fed has blown it. Time and time again, they blew it. Bubble after bubble, they failed to understand what they were doing to the economy. The most poignant example for me is the AIG bailout, where they gave tens of billions of dollars that went right through — conduit payments — to the investment banks that are now solvent. We [taxpayers] didnt get stock in those banks, they didnt ask what was going on — this begs and cries out for hard, tough examination. You look at the governing structure of the New York [Federal Reserve], it was run by the very banks that got the money. This is a Ponzi scheme, an inside job. It is outrageous, it is time for Congress to say enough of this. And to give them more power now is crazy. The Fed needs to be examined carefully." The New York Times reported in their December 26th, 1916 edition reported that not only would the Federal Reserve Bank of New York take part but the other 11 Federal Reserve Banks in the other regions of the US could join in. One has neither independence nor freedom from bondage when he is obligated to others.” Every day I turn on the news and hear the talking heads of the news media decrying the fact that banks are hurting because they have made bad loans to people that could not afford the loan in the first place, and too many people were going into foreclosure. They want the taxpayers to bail them out of their self-made catastrophe. Our congressional leaders are head over heels trying to bailout the national central bank from the mess they got themselves in (because of poor management, poor business practices, and unbridled greed.) Their bailout package will do absolutely nothing for the common citizenry but will re-line the pockets of the international/globalist bankers. Few Congressmen and few Senators have attempted to stop the lies of the bankers. We watch hearing after hearing of cutthroat bankers bemoaning the fact that businesses will not be able to continue to go more and more in debt if they cannot get loans for everyday expenses. GOOD! This will put the businesses on a stronger foundation if they are not weakened by debt obligations of blood sucking bankers! The bankers also weep that their high interest rates on home ownership will take a slight loss. Their homes loans with killer-interest-rates (it takes 30 years to pay off the property at double the worth of the home) are in jeopardy they say. These globalist bankers are sad that homes valued at $200,000 but will cost the homeowner $400,000+ by the time the principle and interest is paid off is not profitable enough for these bankers... Corporations are the biggest loan gluttons. They borrow and borrow. Even the concept of stocks and bonds are forms of indebtedness. They sell stock to raise capital for assets they are unwilling to pay cash for. They want to be in an ever increasing EXPANSION mode and are never content with "saving up" for business projects they dream about. We, as well as corporations, governments, and nations should carefully follow principles of frugality and budgeting. Getting and staying out of debt is largely a moral matter. It is clear most households and most governments no longer have any morality with their monthly budgets. Most households and most governments (city, county, state, and federal) have plenty of money coming in. But instead of paying off standing loans everyone spends money frivolously. We all take too many costly vacations, finance expensive home and office recreational equipment, and eat out at restaurants nearly every day. Before long, we all rack up large credit card debts and other obligations. Page 46 For many years, economists have counseled us to avoid debt and to pay down the debts we have. One such financial counselor said, "Interest never sleeps nor sickens nor dies; it never goes to the hospital; it works on Sundays and holidays; it never takes a vacation. ... Once in debt, interest is your companion every minute of the day and night; you cannot shun it or slip away from it; you cannot dismiss it; it yields neither to entreaties, demands, or orders; and whenever you get in its way or cross its course or fail to meet its demands, it crushes you." One of my financial counselors said, "Many of our people are living on the very edge of their incomes. In fact, some of us are living on borrowings. ... And he said, "... I urge you to be modest in your expenditures; discipline yourselves in your purchases to avoid debt to the fullest extent possible. Pay off debt as quickly as you can, and free yourselves from bondage." Does this sound like our Federal, State or County government? I don't think so! Excessive debt to them is part of modern life. I think, instead, we should be urging our government leaders to be frugal, and learn to say no to pork and the pork projects that infect each bill that they heap upon us each day. If Obama really wants a 'stimulus package' he should be counseling two items to the American public to stimulate the economy. #1) He should be urging everyone to GET OUT OF DEBT. And #2) He should be demanding that EVERYONE LIVES WITHIN THEIR MEANS. This hog wash of rescuing failing banks and failing corporations that #1) are deeply in debt and #2) NOT LIVING WITHIN THEIR MEANS is pure bad economics. The type of advice that Obama is currently peddling is trash-talk and we should shun every-socialistinspired-word he is speaking. The implications for the world are no less than Armageddon – like. I mean it. Before we get into some details, I have been working on forecasts for 2010, and my study of the USD situation and how much time it has left. I first came to the conclusion that it was roughly (and I am getting close here on timing, I‘m sure of this) two years from 2010. Actually, the calculation is two more years of relative USD functionality before the world realizes in about a shocking week‘s time that the USD is just about to really go belly up. It‘s not 5 years out anymore in my calculations, we have roughly two more years left. Wait, that coincides with 2012! It then occurred to me, as an afterthought, wait a minute – that takes us right to 2012!…That has some real significance for many reasons. It was an accident my analysis led to that date, I did not ask ‗Will the USD collapse in 2012?‘ and then do the analysis, it was the other way around. I did the analysis first and then was impressed that the date actually came to that fateful date all the prophecies are going crazy about – 2012. I find this coincidence remarkable. I think we all are aware of many economic and political disasters that will unfold if the USD were to actually collapse. The US economy would stop dead for a period of time. And, the rest of the world, hitherto dependent on the old industrial/consumer economic model will have to find a new economic paradigm to plan their economies… Let me interpret that last paragraph for you – The USD collapse means the entire structure of the world economy will collapse for a period of time, with a collapsed supply chain, among other things. The world will also go through cataclysms politically during that period. That usually leads to massive wars… starvation and mass homelessness – around the world… If it fits, then it fits. Gee, that sounds familiar, wait, it‘s the same stuff being prophesied in many of the numerous2012 prophecies of various major religions! Hm, that is quite the coincidence. The demise of the USD will collapse the entire world economy and lead to collapsed polities, and then a massive world war. Yep, it fits like a glove. And try this on for size- I do not believe in coincidence. Interesting… Of course, some people cringe at an analyst such as myself talking about ‗religious bunkum prophecies‘ or so it goes. (How do you think I have been able to make major predictions months ahead of others???) The trouble with being analytical all the time is that there are times, and this is proven, where chaos enters the picture and everything changes. Chaos is not predictable, by definition. But let‘s not digress too much. I have various metrics I‘m using to come to this ‗USD has 2 years left‘ proposition. By the way, I am not saying definitively, yet, that the USD only has 2 years left. This is a proposition we are discussing here, not yet a certainty. What would happen in a USD collapse? The US and Western economies will all face insolvency simultaneously, with the US first in line. The entire Western industrial/consumer/credit economy will fall apart so fast it will make your head spin. The supply chain will stop and stores will empty in less than 3 days. The USD will fall over 50% in one week‘s time, till it temporarily stabilizes before its final last gasp. Remember the Lehman panic over those several weeks? You have seen nothing yet. Worldwide currency panic will set in paralyzing what‘s left of the world economy, that means the ‗emerging markets‘ stop dead too. China has a revolution, or goes into military mode, which is worse. A one world currency will be demanded and implemented, and it better be fast too since the cities only have 3 days food on average…(by the way I know for a fact that a one world currency can be implemented electronically and turned on in one hour, if they wanted!) And so on. How will Asia fare? Horribly. Look, if you based your entire economic plan on Western consumerism, and that goes away, so does your plan. It‘s dead. If Western consumerism goes away, then the entire foundation of the Asia macro economy instantly crashes and stops cold. Do you remember what happened that fateful last quarter of 2008, after the Lehman debacle, and the world banking system almost collapsed en masse? Exports from China and Japan for example collapsed over 30%! Don‘t think economic demand cannot stop on a dime, because we already had one very scary case of this last year. So, all the pundits aside, Asia gets killed too economically. The big question is, can they successfully adapt to a new economic paradigm before they have their own revolutions? I do not think so. Any remaining Social Security revenues after benefits are paid are lent to the federal government in return for new, specially issued government bonds which are held by the Social Security trust funds. The federal government then spends the borrowed Social Security revenues on other programs. The Social Security trust funds hold no assets other than these government bonds. When Social Security revenues are insufficient to finance current benefits, the government bonds held by the trust funds are to be turned into the federal government for the cash needed to finance the benefits. But the government holds no cash or other assets to back up the Social Security bonds. The trust fund assets are claims against the federal government, government IOUs which will have to be financed out of increased federal taxes or increased federal borrowing. In other words, the trust funds are part of the national debt which must be paid when Social Security needs the money. As with Libya and Bahrain, when the control infrastructure of the power elite is threatened, they will take whatever steps are necessary to maintain power. Certainly, as mentioned, there will be those, likely in the tens of thousands, who will simply refuse orders and go home to take care of their families – after all, society would have to be falling apart if military personnel are being deployed. Freedom of expression, otherwise known as the First Amendment will be canceled until further notice. Executive Order 10997: All fossil fuels, related substances as well as all electrical power, both corporate as well as privately owned devices and generators will be seized by the federal government. Executive Order 10998: All food, means to produce such food and related products and machinery, warehouses and collectives which obviously include corporate and private farms will be seized by the government. You will not be allowed to hoard food since this is regulated. So in that case, we won‘t know what we‘ve lost, because all the history books, or shall I say history ―discs‖ will have been rewritten. You can see to the left that this program has grown from 6% to 12% in just forty years. Noonan November 10, 2010 – Jesse Ventura did a great investigative reporting job on his TRU channel special on FEMA concentration camps in the U.S.A It was one of my favorite shows last year and I used my DVR to record all six episodes of Conspiracy Theory. Jesse did a great job going around investigating various “Conspiracy theories” attempting to uncover the shenanigans believed to be practiced by our corrupt Government. He also investigates all Governments, Pharmaceutical companies, World Bankers and rich elite known as the Bilderberg Group, and so more. Ventura also worked with Alex Jones. I watched Conspiracy Theory with interest as Jesse went after 911 rumors and conspiracies, which by the way, makes him a “truther” just like I am. On the FEMA camp episode, a map showing 10 FEMA sectors were shown (See left). He calls them GIANT PRISON SECTORS. And within those “sectors” there are many FEMA Centers… see figure below. There are dozen and dozen such FEMA Camps. Venture says on the video, “FEMA wants to fill up the 100‘s of concentration camps…with people like you and me.” Alex Jones was pointing out various parts of one such “detention center” and Jones said, “They call these Residential Centers, because they were designed to hold whole families.” It was clear that neither the government, nor FEMA has responded to this Ventura/Jones video. Jones and Ventura mentioned H.R. 645, entitled, H.R.645 -- National Emergency Centers Establishment Act And “The Act” states the purpose of the bill is to: (1) to provide temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster; (2) to provide centralized locations for the purposes of training and ensuring the coordination of Federal, State, and local first responders; (3) to provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of government, private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations; and (4) to meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security. Please look at the photo above, and then look at the 4 stated PURPOSES… Doesn’t #4 seem to be the real purpose of H.R. 645? And of course, the “appropriate needs” of the Secretary of Homeland Security… IS FOR SECURITY as defined by the DHS. I found that a very high percentage of the elected officials hold a State elected Office DID NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP. And when I approached each and every one of them… not a single legislator responded back with any sort of proof… let alone a “response” at all. And at the same time, I was attempting to debate in an online LIBERTARIAN CHAT FORUM (organized by members of my church) against their insane OPEN BORDERS dogmas. They state that the immigration matter is not covered in the U.S. Constitution and therefore, all immigration discussion (at the federal level) is unconstitutional. This was pure folly! The US Constitution does in fact state the CONGRESS was given authority to MAKE LAWS REGARDING "LEGAL" IMMIGRATION. The Naturalization Act of 1790 (1 Stat. 103) The act provided, "that any alien, being a free white person, who shall have resided within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States for the term of two years, may be admitted to become a citizen thereof, on application to any common law court of record, in any one of the States wherein he shall have resided for the term of one year at least, and making proof to the satisfaction of such court, that he is a person of good character, and taking the oath or affirmation prescribed by law, to support the Constitution of the United States...." The internet states: "Even though America has been and remains today a nation of immigrants, its citizens have viewed immigrants with a certain apprehension. As such, the process of immigration itself has been a problem for the country's leadership." "During the 1790's many in the U.S. were concerned that the growth in the number of political refugees, particularly those men and women driven out by the revolution in France, might prove inimical to American liberty." Every one of the 13 original colonies had such ILLEGAL ALIEN LAWS. This continuing problem with the 13 Colonies is why they inserted the demand that Congress oversee the immigration/ naturalization matters (and not the states)... this is why our Constitution states in no uncertain terms: "Art 1, Section 8, Clause 4: To establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization..." The 'rules' were to be uniform among ALL THE 13 STATES. And the 'rules' were set out in the 1790 Naturalization Act, 1795 Naturalization Act and the Acts thereafter. But the states all had their own previously written "ALIENS FORBIDDEN WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION" laws already on their books and the Constitution did not take away the States rights to address ILLEGAL ALIENS. This was when Lincoln unconstitutionally forbade the sovereign States of the Union from succeeding from the Republic. I cannot fully agree that the Religious leaders “have fled the battlefield.” There is nowhere to FLEE to! I am going to be surprised if I wake up on December 22, 2012 and find that all is well. Of course, I was surprised that January 2, 2000 was likewise seemingly uneventful.
