Flower Mound, TX Oct. 2009 – Feb. 2013 Director of Human Resources (Change in management) USA deView, INC. is the owner of IntelliCentrics, Inc., the provider of Reptrax, a web driven software service that aids in the credentialing and monitoring of sales/service representatives in healthcare environments. Reptrax is the requested and referenced standard for healthcare vendor credentialing. Collaborated with CEO and peers to create annual business plan, to achieve 2012 company goals of 50% increase in revenue and 20% increase in productivity. Led due diligence effort for HR department on two acquisitions. Led integration efforts to transition all acquired talent to deView organization, managed all benefit plans. Developed hiring strategy for aggressive growth plan that doubled the headcount of the company in 2011. Initiated new hiring process in 2012 that saved 60% on interviewing costs for 2012. Provident Royalties, LLC Dallas, TX 2007 – 2009 Director of Human Resources (Company went into bankruptcy) Led recruiting function in a start up environment, using direct hire and 3rd party methods to grow company from 13 employees to 75 employees in first year while adding new departments, and industry experts to head each department. Renegotiated fees with staffing vendors to save 25% on temporary labor fees and 5% on direct hire fees, saving the company approximately $25,000 on staffing costs in the first year. Identified and procured a vendor that saved $150,000, in the first year, on company shipping costs. Drove development of Job Descriptions and Position Profiles for each position to assist in hiring decisions, direction for new employees, and Annual Performance Reviews, enhancing talent search and efficiency of hiring process. Initiated development of Benefit Plans from basic medical/dental to a full slate of benefits including company provided short term disability, flexible spending account, tuition assistance and wellness initiative. Dallas, TX 2006 – 2007 Director of Human Resources (Company sold) Led direct hire recruiting effort of over 400 employees in five months to include management positions as well as hourly production line positions to total over 1,000 employees. Responsible for revamping internal recruiting, identifying vendors and negotiating terms and fees managing a $150,000 advertising budget—billboards, radio, and print media for major hiring initiative to meet new business demand. Provided monthly HR metrics to Sr. Executives detailing recruiting statistics: time to fill, turnover, and tenure while supervising seven direct reports.

CWork Wireless LP Ft. Worth, TX 2004 – 2006 Sr. Manager of Human Resources (Left for better opportunity) Company began operations on 4/19/04 with a staff of three. Responsible for all growth efforts, hiring a total of 300 employees by 7/1/05, including all management and supervisory staff. Staffed a 2nd shift of 4 production lines—recruited staff of 60 employees in 7 weeks. Production goals were increased by 100% from Jan. 2005 to March 2005 while headcount increased by 29% from Jan 2005 through March 2005, Quality Audit was consistent at 99.6%. Held employee turnover to 7% average. Structured HR department including creation of handbook, policies/procedures, legal and compliance issues.
