Planned and managed $15.5M operating budget, an in house staff of 15 and contract staff of 25 and capital projects from $1M to $20M. Managed maintenance, janitorial, mail operations, receptionists, office supplies, company store and cafeteria services for 325,000 SF located in four states. Delivered eight buildings and/or floors in multiple states on time and under budget. Some spaces were delivered with a 60 day turnaround including furniture design and procurement. Identified and implemented programs that reduced the Operating Budget 5% annually. Performed lease audits and negotiated for lower operating expense charges resulting in cost savings of $750,000 over the term of leases.
