ELECTRIC SERVICE SCHEDULE RES-23 Effective: June 1, 2009 Filed: May 1, 2009 Supersedes: RES Effective 12/31/07 Schedule Consists of: One Sheet RESIDENTIAL ELECTRIC SERVICE I. AVAILABILITY At all points throughout the territory served by the Company where facilities of adequate capacity and suitable phase and voltage are adjacent to the premises to be served, and service is taken according to the Service Standards and Service Regulations of the Company. Where facilities of adequate capacity and suitable phase and voltage are not adjacent to the premises to be served, Company may, at its option, require a contribution, higher minimum bill, facilities charge, or other compensation to make service available. II. APPLICATION This schedule is applicable to electricity served through a single meter and used for domestic purposes only. Service hereunder is for the exclusive use of the Customer occupying a single family dwelling unit and shall not be resold or shared with others except that in buildings containing more than one single family dwelling unit Customer may furnish service to its tenants if no specific charge is made therefor. In such cases, each building shall be metered through one meter and the Customer Charge, the kWh in each block of the Energy Charge and the Minimum Bill will be multiplied by the number of dwelling units served by the meter provided Customer elects to receive service under this schedule; otherwise, such Customer may elect service under an applicable rate schedule. Service for incidental hall or corridor lighting and laundry facilities for the exclusive use of the tenants shall be included. Commercial and common use facilities, such as swimming pools, barber shops, restaurants, office space and parking lot or private street lighting, will be separately metered and billed under the applicable non-domestic rate schedule. Adjustments: First – Plus or minus the applicable proportionate part of any directly allocable tax, impost or assessment imposed or reduced by any governmental authority after the effective date of this schedule, which is assessed or levied against the Company or directly affects the Company's cost of operation and which the Company is legally obligated to pay on the basis of meters, customers, or rates of, or revenue from electric power and energy or service sold, or on the volume of energy generated, transmitted, purchased for sale, or sold, or on any other basis where direct allocation is possible. Page 1.2 Second – Plus the fuel adjustment to be calculated based upon the total kWh included in the monthly bill times the adjustment per kWh for the current month calculated in accordance with Rate Schedule FAC. IV. PAYMENT The Net Monthly Bill is due and payable each month. The Gross Monthly Bill, which is the Net Monthly Bill plus 5%, becomes due after the Gross Due Date shown on the bill, which shall not be less than twenty (20) days from the date of billing. V. SERVICE PERIOD This schedule applies to service for a period of not less than one year unless otherwise agreed to by Company. SCHEDULE RES-23
