Santa Rosa, Calif., attorney Jeremy Fietz filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the county of Lake, Calif., on Tuesday, April 1, 2014, on behalf of his clients, Gloria Garcia Gamino and Jose Daniel Rivas Cruz, parents of Gabriela Rivas Garcia of Clearlake, Calif., killed in a head-on collision with a Lake County Sheriff's deputy on October 3, 2014.
