On August 12, 2011, Playoff PAC filed legal complaints with nine state Attorneys General related to the Fiesta Bowl's receipt of kickback payments from the hotels the Bowl requires schools to frequent. This document is the complaint sent to Connecticut's Attorney General. (The report portion of the complaint was the same for all nine states.)
