Problem: Teachers are asked to utilize the online application MobyMax, however, no proper training was received. Administration states they need to see results of how well the program is working and being utilized. But teachers do not know how to provide data that is given to them on MobyMax to their administration or peers. Is it important? Yes No Skill Deficiency: Yes, 62% have little to no experience, and 38% of these teachers utilize MobyMax occassionally. The participants are new teachers to the school, and have not received any training on how to utilize the application, MobyMax. All of these participants feel their experience is below average. Ignore Used to do it? Yes No, only 38% of these teachers utilize MobyMax occassionally. The other 62% has little to no experience with MobyMax, and/or uses another application. All of these participants feel their experience is below average. Arrange Formal Training Professional Development Training will last one hour. The training will take place in the school's media center. Participants will have hands-on experience during the presentation.
