(hereinafter
PSE)
is
a
Pennsylvania
Limited
Liability
Company
whose
goal
is
to
provide
an
environment
for
its
members
to
foster
relationship
building.
Each
member
is
responsible
to
comply
with
the
by-‐laws
of
PSE
and
shall
hold
harmless
PSE,
its
Advisory
Board,
and
Executive
Leadership
Team
from
taking
any
action
in
accordance
with
the
by-‐laws
of
The
Pittsburgh
Social
Exchange.
The
PSE
advisory
board
will
review
new
membership
applications
monthly
and
reserves
the
right
to
deny
or
revoke
membership
at
any
time.
In
the
case
that
an
applicant
is
denied
membership,
the
applicant
will
be
reimbursed
immediately.
Payment
is
non-‐refundable
upon
PSE’s
acceptance
of
the
applicant’s
membership.
The
Membership
Committee
will
notify
applicants
of
their
application
status
within
thirty
(30)
days
of
submitting
their
application.
Membership
termination
may
be
based
upon
a
violation
of
the
PSE
code
of
ethics.

including
its
membership
Upon
acceptance
to
the
group,
I
will
abide

the
code

ethics

outlined

group

tenure.
The
Pittsburgh
Social
Exchange
reserves
the
right
to
change
the
membership
fees
annually
and
will
update
members
appropriately.
The
Pittsburgh
Social
Exchange
is
not
responsible
for
increase/decrease
of
revenue
with
regard
to
members’
businesses
and
organizations.
Unless
otherwise
noted,
your
contact
information
will
be
listed
in
our
membership
directory.
